CIPP Lining

Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP)
A trenchless rehabilitation method used to repair existing pipes without the need for extensive digging. It reduces disruption to surface activities, which is particularly valuable in urban areas or on busy streets where excavation would be highly disruptive.
For the full benefit of CIPP, we incorporate our CCTV services and Pipe Cleaning prior to the CIPP process.
Notable Benefits of CIPP
- Cost-Effective: By avoiding the need for extensive excavation and restoration, CIPP can be more cost-effective than traditional pipe replacement methods. The reduced labor and material costs, along with less disruption to services and traffic often make it a more economical choice.
- Quick Installation: The CIPP process can be completed relatively quickly. The method involves inserting a resin-saturated liner into the existing pipe and curing it in place which reduces downtime for the affected sewer system.
- Minimal Disruption to Residents: In residential areas, the CIPP method minimizes the inconvenience to homeowners.
- Long-Lasting Repairs: The cured liner forms a new, strong pipe within the existing one resistant to corrosion and other forms of wear which extends the lifespan of the sewer system.
- Improved Flow Efficiency: The smooth, seamless lining inside the old pipe helps improve flow efficiency by eliminating the rough surfaces and potential obstructions within the original pipe.
- Environmental Benefits: By reducing the need for excavation, CIPP helps minimize environmental impact, reduces the disturbance of soil and vegetation, and prevents damage to existing infrastructure.
